Being a Honeywell Performance Partner is something we take great pride in, but what does it mean? Well, the Honeywell Performance Partner Program has been developed by Honeywell to establish a well-connected partner network that allows shared knowledge and experience. Every Honeywell partner has access to various support and expertise, allowing our customers to benefit from bespoke solutions and the most up to date product knowledge when it comes to Honeywell technology.
Moving up from a Gold to a Platinum Partner status, means we have achieved the minimum revenue threshold for Honeywell products, and that we also offer regional or industry-specific expertise, including software development, remote device management, implementation and advanced customer support services.
Reaching this much-coveted position takes a combination of spend and spending prole; it’s also a question of confidence. When industry and service sectors seem to be hitting the pause button on investment – or indeed are looking to cut costs in as many areas as possible – we have continued our commitment to using only the highest quality equipment in their solutions.
This increases the volume of units purchased from Honeywell, especially in the last year of which are most prominently HHT devices – showing every positive sign of continuing on this impressive upwards trajectory. The Platinum Performance Partner status award reflects the confidence that Honeywell has in us. Still, it equally plays an essential part in the continuous commitment we have to our clients. Enabling access to industry-leading HHT products at even more competitive prices and having a route to enhanced support means our customers will benefit.
Currently, only a select few Honeywell Performance Partners in the UK have reached Platinum status so this achievement is something we are incredibly proud of, and something that would not have been possible without our fantastic team.
